Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry, dark place at 15–18°C.
• Ideal: 15–18°C
• Acceptable: up to 20–21°C if humidity is low
• Avoid: above 24–25°C, as chocolate can soften, melt and develop bloom
• Humidity: ideally below 50–60%

Keep away from sunlight, heat, strong odours and temperature fluctuations.
In hot weather: in Pakistan's warm climate, a refrigerator can help. Seal the chocolate airtight (ideally in its original packaging inside an airtight container) to prevent condensation and the absorption of odours. Let it return to room temperature while still sealed before opening.
